A recent article in the Harvard Business Review touted a reality that successful business operators already know; that outsourcing the tasks you can to a trustworthy and reliable partner adds hours of productivity back into your workday.

 

As a “hands on” leader and management executive in the high-end hospitality/private club space for the past three decades, most recently as the General Manager of Eastward Ho! Country Club for thirteen years, I have been accountable for the operational and strategic success of my employers, as well as my teams. 

 

As CEO of Essential Hospitality Solutions, I now deploy my professional human resources and general management experience and expertise for the benefit of organizations seeking to improve business efficiency and create additional competitive advantage in their marketplace.

 

EHS is a dedicated business partner working with a small group of only five select clients.  We are well prepared, willing, licensed, and qualified to tailor our services to fill whatever gaps your organization may experience.   We provide an expansive suite of outsourced professional services to our clients on a full-time basis with the option of weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly onsite visits.  All for a fraction of the cost to hire in-house staff.

When I visit client properties on the timetable they choose, my time is theirs to do with what they will.  For some clients, I may spend my onsite days conducting staff/manager/board training from a list of industry recognized sources.  For others, I may spend the time working on employee issues and engagement activities such as individual stay interviews, staff focus groups, recruiting projects, conflict resolution, etc.  The list below covers a larger (though not exhaustive) selection of what I am able to provide for my clients.  Whatever the challenge, I ensure that every day I spend at at a clients property is productive and worthwhile for ownership, management, and the team.

And, my time dedicated to client service is not limited to the onsite visits.  I am available for all of my clients on a genuinely full-time basis.
